is anyone else having problems with ancestry the home page is different and it wont let me log out or to see any of my trees

None here either. You didn't click on the "new search" button by any chance, did you? It has a completely different look to it. Just run one search and look for the "old search" button near the top of the form and you should return to the old form.
If Ancestry is experiencing a heavy load which sometimes happens on the weekend, I've had problems with the sign-in, sign-out part. Usually it tells me that someone is signed in on another computer with my info which isn't the case at all. I have the global subscription so I'm sometimes signed in in the USA, UK, Canada, and Austrailia all at once!
