Scottish, history or genealogy blogs and facebook pages

I was just wondering if anyone visits any blogs, or facebook pages which are dedicated to Scotland, history or genealogy?

There doesn't seem to be much out there.

I’m not really familiar with Facebook and I guess that genealogy and history Blogs can vary greatly.

That's great. Many thanks for looking. I'd come across a these two before:

http://scottishancestry.blogspot.com which is a noticboard type blog, loads of updates on all sorts of genealogy matters

and http://scottishmilitary.blogspot.com/ which has a mix of news items, histories, biographies, on this days etc

This one seems to be a personal blog on Scottish history and places.

The other three all seem to be noticeboard types with varying frequency of updates.

I also came across this 'on this day' blog. It seems to be have a nationalist slant to it.

There's certainly a couple of these I'll be keeping an eye on.
