Hello Meg,

There’s nothing complicated or particularly unusual about the first case. The child is the child of the sister and an unnamed sperm donor. The child is the adopted child of the childless aunt and uncle. The sperm donor is the father of the child and has no less right than the mother to be on the family tree. The child is in no different a position than any child born of a single mother with an unknown father who is brought up by the mothers relative. All the rest of it is fluff, flummery, and fantasy and manipulation of the facts and of society to suit.

That’s my three cents worth,
All the best,
Alan

Hi Alan,

=D> Well said! You've got to the nub of the article.
I think I might have called it "flim flam"!

Best wishes,
Meg
