I blew my free credits trying to find a soldier only to realise that there’s no way I’m going to single him out with the little amount of info I have.

And they’ll have to bring that subscription down to about ₤9 per year before my genealogy budget will cover it.

Bah! Pipped again!

I used mine in a flash - and managed to get something useful too, which is always a bonus!

Then my cousin in Canada called me to say she'd been sent a 75% off voucher from them out of the blue and had got a global subscription for next to nowt! Half her luck! Fortunately, we're researching part of my tree together, so I'll get the benefit too!
Don't know why she was sent it, neither does she - we're just glad she was!
