This is undoubtedly the highlight of 2021! There was me excited enough about the thought of the 1921 census appearing some time later this year (fingers crossed). The Kirk Session records are 10 times more exciting. Who knew there was so much antenuptial fornication going on :D

And... access is completely free!

I was involved, waaaaay back with the indexing of some of the Kirk Session Minutes. Believe me the 'Swinging Sixties' were tame by comparison with what went on in the 18th & 19th centuries. This is an amazing resource and for free. Enjoy - I know it gave me hours of work but Kirk Session Meetings were a great deal more racy than they are now. isk
