BTW we have no baker´s dozen here, when did it die out in Scotland? Does anyone remember it?

Did it die out? It's alive and well in the weekly markets in France-- possibly only in the smaller towns. But, for example, a dozen eggs will get you 13 in the market, etc. even when it means adding the extra one in a plastic bag because the egg carton only holds 12!Thrall wrote:BTW we have no baker´s dozen here, when did it die out in Scotland?
