any sightings

Post by mjh » Fri Aug 19, 2005 1:25 am

H.K. has been across the pond for two days now. I wonder if there's been any sightings. I hope the forum has issued warnings about that daft Nova Stotian, she's really into looking up the rellies now. She's out to meet the living and find out all the facts about the those long dead. who knows maybe some of you other rellie hunters will spot her. Me, I'm waiting to see if she can beg some old family photos ( borrow or steal them) I promise to return them (after I get copies). Of course, I'll have to get a new program for the computer to edit them as the one I had was deleted when she purged the computer. Well, H.K if you see this when you get to a computer, have a safe and happy trip. mjh

No fights yet. Tom puts Rob to bed before he picks up Mandy from work. If I'm lucky Meg is out and I get the computer for half an hour. This time I had to eat first and missed half my turn, I can hear the car pull in and Mandy will be here any minute. So, short visit, but I'll get another wee shot tomorrow. Bye the noo. mjh

H.K. Where are you off to today? Do you think you will find any of the missing or are you just looking for more details on those you have found already? Hope you find someone new! When are you going to Edinburgh?
I really enjoyed it when I went. mjh

Parma Violets

Hi Heather,

My local Semi-Chem shop sells them (not the wee yins - but big, abt same size as Refreshers).
There are branches all over - in Edinburgh too [hope this isnae advertisin'...]

Do a phone search for addresses at http://www.192.com/search/

I'd hope all branches would stock them - and only 25p per tube at my local shop.

Hope you can find them! Jack

Hi Heather

Hope you are enjoying yourself running all over Scotland. Have you visited the spot of the Grand Hotel? Your offer of a look up will never be forgotten and I hope to be able to return the favor someday.

Thanks A Million

Hello everyone,
I had a fantastic time at NRH with Davie, Andrew and Catherine on Thursday, and an interesting ride to dinner on a motorcycle. Not too worry I haven't got lost yet, but I did take the scenic route a few times. :D

Thanks to Andrew for the photo of Heather in front of NRH I guess she really is there. It was nice to see the scenery in the street behind her. Is it really safe over there to be darting of to supper on a motor bike. I don't think I would fancy the traffic. Just as well she's not here though as she missed her piece of mince pie. So did the girls. Laddie, however, helped himself to a double portion. I really look forward to her stories and pictures when she gets back here. :) mjh
