I read a post recently, I think it was from Davie, who was asking about old Scottish films. Well, I was driving back home tonight up the motorway and just as I was about to drive into a bridge, an item on the radio broke the mind numbing boredom of the M1. It would seem that Whisky Galore is soon to be released on DVD. From memory it’s a release of an Ealing comedy production.
I have read the book and seen a stage production of a radio production. It’s hilarious.
I thought that some of you might like to know that.
Goodnight
