Cowal Highland Games.

I know some of you are going to be in Scotland this year, so I thought I would just mention that the Cowal Highland games are being held on 24/25/26 August.

I've just realised that they are on while I am home. :D

Guess where I'll be that weekend :wink:

Hi Christine,

I'm sure you will enjoy the Cowal games. Brings back fond memories for me, as I used to compete in the Highland dancing at the Cowal games.......many many years ago.

hi

Just don't work in a pub that day. I can truthfuly say that I was up to my ankles in spilled drink and totally exhausted. Then some unmentionable person went and stole our tips. It may be 30 years ago but I'll find him/her yet!!

Lots and lots of memories of Cowal Games of the past as a child. Even now the last weekend in August can't go past without my wishing to be at home!
