Ancestral Quest

Post by thomsos » Sun Feb 03, 2008 4:39 pm

HI, :)

I have tried a few family tree software programs, and at present I am using FT 2008, I was thinking of paying for Ancestral Quest, the only thing is I have been trying it out, but I don't seem to get that much out of the IGI search, certainly not as much as they show on there training video, maybe it's just that I'm a bit slow on the uptake and have not mastered it yet  can anyone give me there opinion on this software? and tell me what they think of it.

Thank-you
Sandra

Hello Sandra,

By now you might have already sorted this out for yourself and you may well be the resident Ancestral Quest expert. Not sure if this will be of any use but here’s some reviews of the software. Trouble is some of these so-called reviews often just turn out to be Press Releases.

Thanks Alan,
Thought there would have been more comments about this program.
I am still trying it out following the Quick Start Tutorial, but I still don't seem to get as much out of the IGI search as they say, as I said maybe I'm just a bit slow on the uptake

Will check out your links

Thanks again
Sandra :)
