help needed
i am having problems trying to recieve pasted images. i got information on something but they sain they pasted images below the other info but its just blank with the red x on left handside.

That's just your computer's way of telling you that it can't read the format of the pasted image.
If the images aren't too large, have them resent as attachments to the email, save them to your computer and open with your favorite photo editing software. I use Irfanview which is free and haven't found a format that it can't read.

Greetings.
This sort of thing can happen when someone with a new computer sends you an item on the latest version of a programme, which you computer is not equipped with. Like word .doc Verses word .docx - in these cases I ask the sender to "save their file as" making another copy in the older format, and then resubmit.
