What has sometimes worked for me when I've been desparate is to choose the census year, enter the county, district and whatever place information I have, then leave off the surname and enter the least common given name of one of the children and search for it. One Lucinda is easier to spot even if it is mistranscribed than a Mary or an Ann!

Message for Lesley B - Did you find all you needed about Sarah Morey? I know a bit about her antecedents and would myself be interested to know more about the Breeses.

Steve

Hi Steve

I'm not related to the Breeses or Moreys; I was doing a tree as a present for someone and it is their family who have the connection, so my knowledge is a bit limited and does not go that many generations back. However, I'm happy to exchange info and share what I have - I'll PM you with my email address.

Best wishes
Lesley
