I don't have any experience of researching in Switzerland, but when faced with a new country I'd always have a look at Cyndi's List:
https://www.cyndislist.com/
Go to Categories, then there's a whole section for Switzerland. You won't find any actual records there, but you may find links to sites that do have them, as well as other guidance etc.

Re: Switzerland General Information
I checked on find my past and just searching for Switzerland brought up "Switzerland Marriage Index 1532-1910" lists, there also seems to be :
British Armed Forces And Overseas Births And Baptisms
British Armed Forces And Overseas Deaths And Burials
British Armed Forces And Overseas Banns And Marriages
Switzerland Baptisms 1491-1940
Switzerland Marriage Index 1532-1910
Switzerland Burials 1613-1875
Without using any names it's hard to see what else there may be, I'm not sure if the time scales are right for your searching either, but it may give a jumping off point for you or others.

Seems to be heaps of free Swiss newspaper archives online. I’ve never researched Swiss so no idea how they all work. Maybe they’ll crop up there.
