Anyone interested in Rolls of Honour might like to have a look at http://www.holytrinitystirling.org
It's the website of the Epsicopal Church in Stirling and one of its members has done an enormous amount of work transcribing the Rolls of Honour then matching up the names with articles, obituaries and photographs about them from one of the local newspapers.
Once you're in the site click on Rolls of Honour and you can see all the entries.

Hi Chris,
I'm sure anything you could forward in the way of photos will be greatly appreciated although I would check on their site first in case your area has been 'done'. The 'advanced search' facility will enable you to see whether any local Churchyards or Cemeteries are included. Mind you, even if they are incuded, it's sometimes worthwhile doing the legwork yourself as it's not always the case that every grave has been found and at that stage it's easy enough to double check.
As for your own research project, have you included other memorials? I know from experience that these turn up in the most obscure places. Obviously there are Church Plaques but places like bowling greens, clubs, schools, etc., sometimes have their own. Then there's Cumbrae too (one of my fabourite places on the planet) - is there a separate War Memorial there or would that have come under Largs?
Have you visited the Scottish War Memorials Forum? http://warmemscot.s4.bizhat.com
