Looking for a person

Hi not sure how many years ago my dad worked in Glasgow ,he met a woman and had a child with her but he also had a family back home in england ,this ladies brothers told him to either give up his family or stay in Glasgow with his lady and her newborn son ,he chose england ,but we think he might have kept in touch .on his death bed he told his daughter he had a son but then couldn't say anymore due to someone coming into the room .would dearly love to know who my half brother is or if he's alive .my father's name was Harry Sinfield also known as bash or basher Sinfield .
