Certificates keep disappearing from the shopping basket

Certificates keep disappearing from the shopping basket

It's just happened twice in the past 15 minutes. I viewed two certificates and ordered them. Did two more searches and viewed those certificates and ordered them, but the first two in the shopping basket disappeared. I clicked on them again and there were four certificates before I finished off with two more searches and ordered the certificates from those two searches. Went to check out and only the two certificates from the last two searches were there, even after up-dating the total a couple of times. What's happening??? :?
