That should come in handy. The organisation rings a bell but I think it may have been in connection with people going to another part of the world. These voyages are to Australia.
It looks like his search is broken. You can search the site for a word or name (with surname first) by googling this "xxxxxxxxxxx" site:http://www.angelfire.com/ns/bkeddy/HIES (replace x with the search term within the quotes).
A good reminder too that when googling for a persons name try it back-to-front as well in case surnames are shown first.
