It really is very a poor image. It would be well worth your while sending SP a contact form (cut and paste the details so they can identify it) and they will probably email you a better scan of it.

I make them out as follows:

(1) 1204 Dumbarton Road, Whiteinch, Partick
(2) 42 Smith Street, Whiteinch, Partick
(3) Thomas Muirhead, Foundry Labourer and Eliza Jane Muirhead, M.S. Rankin
(4) Christina Barrie, Witness and John Smith, Witness

They become slightly clearer if you make the image negative.

Update: and both addresses are correct! (I found both of them in the Valuation Rolls)

The children were born in Newcastle but Janet Charlton wasn't Janet's mum.

I'll post a poorhouse application made in 1857 after I type it up.

For those of you watching this post, here is Janet's application that I PM'd to Mark.

Janet Black Dyer applied 2/6/1859
Address – 29 E. College Street
Born – McKechnie Street, Calton.

Age 26, millworker

Husband – A soldier

Children – Janet 2 born Newcastle
David 4months born Newcastle

Her husband James Dyer, 28 born King Street, Glasgow a shoemaker enlisted 5 years since in the 54th Regiment. Came home on furlough 3 years since and never returned till he was apprehended in the 24th April last.
His father James Dyer a policeman died in Helen Street about 3 years since. His mother (cannot tell her name) died when he was a child.

Her father John Black a bricklayer residing St. Josephs Place, Glasgow.
Her mother Catherine Duff died 16 years since. Her father is married again.

First application. Settlement Glasgow.

In present home 1 day
Newcastle, England 2 years
Black Bog?? Close, Glasgow 6 months
54th Regiment 2 years

Before marriage Kirk Street, Calton 5 years.
