1851 Abbey Parish.....

Have just discovered what could be my mysterious brick wall GGGreatgrandmother living in Abbey Parish on the 1851 Census.
With her are her Father James a Pauper formerly Lab.Her widowed sister
Agnes?Edwards-38 & gives Paisley as her Birthplace but Helen 30 & Father give Ireland which is the info I have for her on sub Census.
My question is would the Mitchell have any Poor Relief Records from Abbey?Would that come under Glasgow? If not the Mitchell anywhere else?
I am hoping to make a trip(trips) there in the next two weeks as I will up on Hols & sad person that I am will be doing more hunting to satisfy this addiction.

The Mitchell won't but Paisley Library may.

Paisley Library has the Paisley Poor Registers. You would be wise to contact them beforehand with the information you have, so that they can make sure the appropriate Registers are available on the spot when you visit.

Thanks for that I haven't been to Paisley for years so it will be a trip down memory lane!
