Fowlers Wester Kirk

Hi All

Trying to find relatives who were buried in Fowlis Wester Kirk graveyard. George Murray and Jessie Murray (nee McDonald) after 1950's. Apparently there is also mention of some Murrays who served during Second World War at this Kirk.(Plaque on Kirk wall) Have tried looking up records but have not had much luck as yet. Am quite new to all of this and would very much appreciate if someone could point me in right direction.

Hi Kim,
Could you clarify a bit what you are looking for? Have you found these people in the church & cemetery and are now trying to find them earlier in life, or do you know about their lives and are looking for the cemetery info? Sorry, I'm a bit dense today-- up too late last night

All the best,
Sarah

Hi

Should have been a little clearer. These people were my grandparents and the plaque would have held the names of some uncles and aunts. Was hoping to clarify some names. Have an aunt who was always called Dolly, just recently found her real name was Flora. All of my mothers family have passed and I was told some were also buried at Fowlers Wester. Just thought I could clarify some names and get some more information to try and trace my family history or perhaps get in touch with some cousins I have yet to meet. Thanks
Kim
