Tighnabruaich

Could anyone tell me if Tighnabruaich had it's own cemetery in 1933?
And if not ... where would someone be planted?

Hi Heather
I think there is a cemetery there but I am not 100% positive. Tighnabruach is in Argyll so the council offices at Kilmory should be able to help you

Thank you everyone. That's it Adam, My great gran had been living in Dunoon but went to stay with her daughter not long before she passed away and was buried in Tighnabruaich.
Sorry Anne I should have given more detail such as Argyll. As for "planting" My two brother in laws often volunteer to do grave digging for people in their community( the cemetery is owned by the community and cared for by community) 1 sunday we were holding dinner for 1 of them and mum kept asking what was keeping them . As we had some other company at the time my sister decided to just say he was busy with some planting. Seemed better than mentioning the other at a festive occasion. It stuck ever since.
Just chalk it up to my fathers Glasgow Wit rubbing off on me.
