I have been looking at my Jones line who are from Kilmallie, near Ft William and was wondering if there was a place to contact regarding burial records for the area?

Also on the death certificate of one of their young daughters it says she was buried at "Craigs of Fort William Burial Ground" Does anyone know anything about this place?

Thanks
Andy

Thanks Lesley and welcome to Talking Scot :) [many-greens]

That may in fact be the cemetery. Would it likely be that it has changed name over time?

 Hi, It's quite possible that name has changed through time. I've searched and can't find any other reference to it, sorry. Perhaps you could contact Fort William local history museum, someone there may be able to help with local knowledge. They have a web site, but no e-mail address, good luck, Lesley.
