Could you give us more information? Their ages children other than the _2 you mention and what info you have, census etc.
I checked freecen for walkers in Forres but there were only 2 Georges in 1871 a one year old and gardener aged 66, neither would suit the bill.

Alexander is on the 1891 and 1901 Census records with his parents and siblings. I used Ancestry.com but you should be able to find him on FamilySearch too.

Alexander's 1889 birth certificate can be downloaded from ScotlandsPeople on a pay per view basis. As well as the censuses listed above by Carol, you can see Alexander with some of his siblings, and his father and stepmother (another Mary). On that census, there is another child, younger than those you mention - Elizabeth (age 9). The second wife declares on the 1911 census that they are not long married, and there are no children, from that marriage (by the time of the 1911 census).
As for Alexander's death, there are quite a few to choose from on ScotlandsPeople; including a couple of Service Returns from WW1. He could be any of these, or possibly none of these if he died away from Scotland.
Food for thought,
AndrewP

Re: looking into george and mary robb walker
John Duncan is on the 1881 census with Mary Robb and her parents James Rob and Margaret Rob. The spelling is up to the transcriber I guess or the census taker. John was born 9 Mar 1874 and there is a birth record for him on Ancestry. His father was Alexander Duncan and he was born in Forres, Moray. Mary was born in Fordyce, Banff. I don't know what happened to Alexander Duncan or if Mary was married to him or not, but she was having children with George Walker in 1882 if I have read everything correctly.

Go up to the top right side of this page. Click on ScotlandsPeople. You have to register, then click on Buy Credits. You can get 30 credits for 7 pounds which is $10.22 at todays exchange rate. They take credit cards no problem and you can by more than 30 credits if you want. Each certificate will cost 1 credit to view the index list and then 5 credits for the actual certificate. You just have to decide how much you want to spend.
