Hi Sheila,

You may want to give Staples a phone call and ask the maximum number of sheets that can be put into a spiral binder.

Good luck.

You should phone a small printing company or 'copyshop' franchise and get some prices from them.

They will have all the equipment and decent printers to run a few copies off for you at much better quality than a home printer can manage.

Comb binding is a plastic 'comb' that curls round through the pages. Wire binding is stiffer and metal, like calendars use.

Do take your time and find out the options in your area - it's such a wonderful thing to do I'm sure you want to do justice in the finished item.

Hi Wilma, Ina, Frances, Annes and anyone else that I might have missed,

You have all given me great ideas. I will take my time and sift through my options. I will definitely check with Staples and any of the other office suppliers to get the best deal.

I will take my time, but not too much time. Every time I go back and edit my writings, I see that there are some things that I can add in. I have got to stop doing that or I will end up with a large tome or two.

Thank you everybody
Sheila

Good luck, Sheila...I'm impressed you're at the stage of printing.
:)
As mentioned, it would definitely be a good idea to check out a printer since the ink you would have to use by printing yourself will be a pretty penny.
