I accessed the Vic. Justice site and paid over my $10.00 so will probably find what I am looking for there. It they want to take it any further they can then pay for the Certificates.

I didn't know you had to pay $10 up front to search the Vic site - used to be you just paid for what you viewed (but I haven't used it for searches for a long time). I've just sent you the other BDMs - dinner interruped the searching here

I misled you here.
The $10.00 is not deducted from you account, if you only use say $5.00 that is all that is debited from the $10.00
It just appears that next time you start again and after giving your debit/credit card number they credit you with $10.00 and each time, although they only debit your account for the amount used you start from square one, unlike SP where you just keep your credits untilyou have used them.

I haven’t used the site for quite a while. I think the idea behind the $10 bit was to make sure people were keeping control over what they were spending on the site and weren’t getting carried away by the thrill of it all.
Step 5. Select 'Continue' to view your results. There is a nominal fee of AUD$0.99 per page of results viewed. Enter your credit card details and set a spending limit.
The spending limit is set to AUD$10.00. You can change this amount depending on how many result pages you intend to view.
You only pay for the number of result pages you view. For example, if you set your limit to $15.00 but view four pages, you will be charged $3.96.
If you reach your spending limit you will be taken to the 'Increase Spending Limit' page. You can increase your spending limit by entering a new amount and selecting 'Increase Limit' or you can end your search by clicking 'Proceed to Shopping Cart' to pay for your searches and any images or certificates you wish to purchase.
