Davie,
Well there is only one way to find out
Lets take a look and see..
I collect postcards myself and love looking at "A Moment Caught In Time"
Last May I paid a visit to Scotland and I was given a booklet "Old Johnstone and Elderslie" written by Don Malcom. It was filled with old postcards and I giggled with glee when it was handed to me, by my cousin, Jim Morning.
Oh was a pleasure it was to walk down some of the same streets that my great great grandfather, Matthew Morning lived on. And to see the old postcards of the same area was simply amazing.
My favorite was Houston Square. So much history to absorb and not enough time.
Regards
Marilyn

Hi. Davie,
Liked the Glasgow postcard... was like the t.shirt daughter's friend brought back from Ireland about the weather. Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter all showed pictures of foul weather.
Where on earth is the Burns postcard? Cannae be bothered ploughing through the whole gallery lookin fur it. Wanted a look.
Would like to come to next lunch - sounds like fun - like the humour on this site. Can I bring the 78 year old mum and the 83 year old great uncle in law - great patter, brilliant memories and don't give a toss about being PC? Just won't get mum to drive into Glasgow though. She tried to drive from Killie to EK and ended up in Blytheswood Square.
Regards, Fergie
