It looks like the maps came from a book “The Parishes, Registers and Registrars of Scotland“ which was published by the Scottish Association of Family History Societies in 1993. It’s probably best to ask them about copyright, that’s if you want to actually publish what you’re doing on the internet or elsewhere.

Took me a little while, but if you can't find a map then you may as well make one.
So I have nice map all ready for colouring in in photoshop.
Thanks Sarah, I have been tempted to join them as the surname im studying isn't up there yet and its not very common. I just need to know what else I can do really, I have collected data from the census resultsand the OPR Births. Alot of work just collecting it all and filling in a spreadsheet.
I see some people go as far as tracing down every family and adding it to a family tree program, which may be a bit much for me.
