Having lived alone for a few years, I got into the habit of "batch cooking" and, as a result, usually have a supply of stuff that just needs to be popped into the oven.

OK, so every so often I have to ignore my 'puter for a day (it's SO HARD) and do another few batches, but it is so nice to know that I have meals I can just grab and do :D
