My very own "Bucket List"

Post by emanday » Tue Feb 12, 2008 2:19 am

Geneology? - No, I don't think so, but food for thought, nevertheless...

I've just been to a free, pre-release showing of the new Morgan Freeman / Jack Nicholson film "The Bucket List" with my daughter.

Funny - certainly!

Thought provoking - most definitely!!!!

During the later periods pf the movie I turned to my daughter and remarked "That's it, I'm going to make up my own "Bucket List" and spend your inheritence!"

Her response? - Good for you! I'll even help you plan the itinery!

Anyone fancy visiting the Taj Mahal, jumping out of a plane with a parachute strapped on their back, joining me on a trip up Everest or anything else that might take our fancy?

Hi Mary,

OK I'm game

Lets climb to the peak of Mt. Washington

Dress warm because we'll run into some of the wildest weather conditions in the world.

I spent so many days watching the weather change back& forth on Mt. Washington for across the road at Bretton Woods Ski Area in New Hampshire.

In fact, I was married at the Mount Washington Hotel, NH years ago.....

Regards
Marilyn
