Having searched for a relative's Death Certificate I found that I could barely read the place of death (Took place in 1927).
Rather improbably his death was registered in Morningside despite his usual address being in Dundee. His occupation was as a Commissionaire so perhaps he worked in Edinburgh.
Anyway. I have transcribed the place of death as "St Rablinde? Home, Sinedford? Avenue, Edinburgh".
I have Googled St Rablinde and Sinedford Avenue but come up blank.
Can anyone help?

Re: Edinburgh place of death problem...
Could it be St Raphael's Hospital, Blackford Avenue?

Thanks for the swift response Andrew.
Certainly a possibility, I'll investigate further...
