Drumoak Cemetery MI's look up

Post by speleobat2 » Mon Nov 02, 2009 11:06 pm

Does anyone have the MI's for Drumoak Cemetery? If so, would you please look for Jane Copeland, stone 33 and let me know what it says?

I think she was married to a relative of mine-William Taylor.

Thanks in advance,

Carol :D

Hi Carol

This is what is available on the Aberdeen and NE FHS website but you maybe already have it

Names and dates on Stone Number 33:

ALEXANDER TAYLOR
JANE TAYLOR 12 Jan. 1875
JESSIE TAYLOR 29 Mar. 1889
WILLIAM TAYLOR 8 Jan. 1891
WILLIAM TAYLOR 9 Apr. 1900
JANE COPLAND 24 Apr. 1912

NOTE: This is not the complete inscription
You will find the full text in booklet reference number AA131 from ANESFHS

Though a member I don't tend to make it into the Society but I'm sure you could order a copy of the booklet and that it would not be too dear.

Hi Anne,

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have that much. I'm a member too. I've been putting together an order for some more booklets and some copies of ancestor charts, but haven't gotten it into the mail yet!

Too many choices, too little money!
