Hi all
Just wondering if any body could give me some advice on how to retrieve the data that I have in Scotland's people. My problem is that I had account with Scotland's people that had a a lot of search results and time line data. Tracing my family history has been something that I have done over the last 3 to 4 years. But over these 3-4 years there has been times that I have taken a step back from it for long periods of time due to hitting brick walls.
My problem is that during one of these times of inactivity my internet provider was changed and I have now got a new email address with the new internet provider. But I did not remember to change my email address in my Scotland's people account now I have forgotten my Scotland's people password and unable to retrieve it as it gets sent to my original internet provider email address that is no longer available.
Any advice on how I can get my data would be much appreciated.
Regards
Donald

Re: Scotland's people
Hi Donald,
As Maggie said, Scotland's People will be able to help you out with this.
A friend had the same problem about a year ago and the folk at SP couldn't have been more helpful.
