Logging in
Is it me - or is anyone else having to log in each access of TS?

Re: Logging in
Trish,
The last few days I have occasionally needed to log in a couple of times, then all was well. I was assuming it was my shaky internet connection here in the woods, but maybe not?
Best wishes,
Sarah

Re: Logging in
Hi Trish
It seems to be a random thing. A couple of times recently I have had to re log-in when I was already on-line. It is probably a minor glitch in the software.

Re: Logging in
Thanks Sarah & Russell - we seem to have the world well covered between us - so it would seem to be the software rather than the tubes. It is probably good for my failing memory to have to log in - remembering passwords is not something that happens 12 months later.

Re: Logging in
Hi Trish
Like you remembering passwords doesn't come easily to me so I set up a file with a very unhelpful name (just in case anyone goes looking for it
) At least I remember the name of that file so I can refer to it as needed; like now when i am on holiday away from my usual reminders.

Re: Logging in
Hi Russell
I just had to log in again - so this password is getting well used. Ever since the introduction of pin numbers for banking & the instructions that one should NEVER write down such a secret item - I seem to have an aversion to storing passwords anywhere except in my failing memory. I used to use the same one everywhere & then, of course, my email was hacked & I got paranoid and changed all the passwords. Then my bank & my work got paranoid and demanded a new password every couple of months & it's been all downhill since then. I am a great user of the option "have you forgotten your password?"
enjoy the holiday

Re: Logging in
When I clicked on my TS icon, I was taken right in to the Forum page, already signed in and ready to go.
I never stay signed in as I exit TS completely. I enter my password manually each time I sign on, but this time, it wasn't required, until I wanted to enter the Admin area of the website.
