As this date of birth is after our cut-off date of 1911 (100years, see viewtopic.php?f=14&t=6601 ) we may not be able to help you with siblings, but you can search yourself for her birth and that of siblings at the Scotlands People site. Even though the name is one which is not uncommon and will return a lot of results, the fact you have a year and area should make it easier to find the correct entry. Bear in mind that this person and any siblings may still be alive.
Don't know where you are based but if you live near Glasgow or Edinburgh, a day spent looking up births, marriages & etc would probably be the most economical way to find information about the wider family, especially because the surname is not an unusual one.
If you try a google search ("elizabeth wilson" dietician edinburgh ) it seems there is some information about her career to be found, and also some recorded interviews and transcripts which may be of interest.
