Re: The state of the S.N.W.M. Wiki.
Hi Alan
I am much more confused than the wiki person who, it seems, brilliantly managed to sort out the comments on the West Hartpoole War Memorial page
posting.php?mode=reply&f=1&t=17040
but my overriding query is - how does " the history of religion within Europe " have a relationship with the S.N.W.M.? I could probably also inquire about the significant relationship, together with historical documentation, between the various "crosses" that are mentioned - but I am unsure how to pose that query.
I will never again be concerned that I take the internet and all who surf within it too seriously - and shall continue to enjoy the genealogy on offer.
Trish

Re: The state of the S.N.W.M. Wiki.
Hi Alan
I get the general drift, I think. As Wikipedia is open to anyone to edit, hopefully some kind soul will edit the current entry so that it makes sense to mere mortals and is without the heavy bias of one person's point of view of the subject. However, I have no wish to "import" what appears to be the current, very wordy, argument into Talking Scot - overall I suspect our members appreciate queries and posts which are precise and to the point!
Best wishes
Lesley
