Jack do you remember...

Post by AnnieMack » Wed May 24, 2006 10:37 am

...the week cartoon that was in the Paisley Daily Express, Wee Bud I think it was and it gave the weather forecast?

My dad had taxis and minibuses in the late 70's early 80's and the guy that drew the cartoon did his business cards and big advertising cards for putting in pubs and clubs - they were great it was a minbus with cartoon passengers and driver.

We lived in Foxbar at the time and I'm sure the guy lived near us.

Hi Annie,
Do you know...you're asking someone who could lose a memory competition with a hen...
Sorry, i can't mind the cartoon at all, but i haven't read the PDE for many a year - i've been away from Paisley for a while.
Mebbe Nancy would remember? She's got good recollection, and once lived in Foxbar too.
